Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Just a short walk from the railway station, this very traditional hotel had a cafe bar on the ground floor. Our second floor room was large and well soundproofed from the busy square. There’s no breakfast available at the hotel, but there’s a great cafe/patisserie just across the square serving breakfast menu options at reasonable prices. Wifi available, better signal downstairs than in the room.
Negative: The room could do with some refurbishment and the TV needs replacement.
Summary: Good value traditional hotel, handy for rail travellers.
